fun day

SEPTEMBER 26th, 12.30 till 3.00pm

The Toy Library will be holding one of its famous second hand Toy sales on its premises, at the Old Coach House.

Come grab a bargain, or share a burger with us. Yes! We are lighting the BBQ!!! and we’ll organise face painting and games for children. We have some young people from the community coming to help us out on that day. It should be great fun!

On a more serious note, we will also be holding our AGM at the Library at 11.30 that morning. We are in a delicate situation at the moment. We will present you with options as to what the future might look like. Members, come and cast your vote. It is YOUR time to have your say!

  2. We’re really sorry to hear that the sale didn’t meet your expectations. We’d love to know more about what it was that disappointed you do that we can avoid letting anyone else down in the future. We are a small community charity fighting to survive, so these sales are really important to our future. We were really lucky to have a group of teenagers volunteer to help on Saturday, so it was a bit chaotic at times, but we thought it was a happy, friendly atmosphere, and everyone we spoke to seemed to be having fun. Please post your thoughts openly, we have nothing to hide but are keen to improve, so we welcome all feedback!! I hope you give us a second chance 🙂

  3. I came to your toy sale. Really really bad. Why publicise something if it is half heartedly done. I will not be joining this toy library. Very disappointed.
